Nathan Wagnon
Personal Trainer
Hey everyone, I’m Nate Wagnon from N.A.T.E. Fitness LLC. I have been a fitness enthusiast since I was 12, so about 27 years. I learned a lot from others’ instruction, some good, a lot bad… I started really studying exercise science and physiology about 15 years ago when I first took the ISSA PT course, and have been studying it ever since. I got really serious about my health when I turned 31 and really started concentrating on the nutritional aspects of fitness.
One of my favorite pastimes is listening to lectures on exercise science, kinesiology, nutrition, different forms of training, and other various aspects of the fitness industry. I like to take the information and implement it in my own personal fitness journey, and also apply this vast knowledge to training my clients. Safety is and always will be my top priority. I personally know and have experienced injuries due to unsafe practices and really strive to prevent anyone else from having to go through the long process of healing from an injury that could have been prevented by utilizing safe practices. My close second priority is results! I’m not here to waste my time or anyone else’s! I want to see results, and I know how to get them! Not only do I have a great passion and love for fitness, but the gym has literally saved my life from alcohol addiction! I owe much of my sobriety to fitness, the gym, and helping others work towards their goals! I love helping people and look forward to helping you reach your health and fitness goals, no matter what they may be!
My Client Focus: I’ve had a variety of clients from 18-70 with all different fitness goals, so I have no problem working with anyone.
Availability: Fri-Sun anytime before 5 PM, Mon-Thurs 4 and 5 PM.

My Journey: Hello! I am Christian Delmarter, and before starting a career as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, I received my degree in Psychology and was developing to become a professional counselor. It has always been my goal to help others escape the weight of anxiety and depression that so commonly plague our world today. It was clear to me: I am going to be most effective at helping people using the methods that helped me!
My Mission Now: While not everyone will fall in love with exercise to the degree I have, it is my goal to coach individuals towards creating a lifestyle that empowers them to be the person they love to be. Whether your goal is losing weight, performing at a high level in business, competing as a recreational athlete, parenting with energy, or aging with strength, I want to help you achieve your goals through methods that are realistic and sustainable for the long-run! If this aligns with you, fill out the “Client Interest Form” at my link below, and together we will build simple and effective plans that support your journey and the changing seasons along the way!
Outside of Fitness: I attend Nations Church where I lead a “Young & Married” small group with my wife. To get myself outdoors I enjoy golfing, playing recreational slow-pitch softball, and going for walks at all the local parks.
