The First Class Fitness Story

What makes First Class Fitness different?

Our gym is not just another fitness facility; it’s a locally owned 24-7 access gym that’s designed with you in mind. Our members include a wide variety of people from parents squeezing in a session between school drop off and work to seniors that want an active lifestyle to college students that value a local gym over one of the big chains.

For those who are looking for personal training, our focus is on fostering proper form and mechanics, and our coaches are fully committed to every session. They are readily available to customize workouts to suit each individual, ensuring that every movement can be adapted to accommodate any fitness level and promote continuous progress. With a successful 12-year track record, our program has consistently delivered exceptional results. From soccer moms to grandmothers, doctors to those who may have been more sedentary, we have witnessed unparalleled success within our community.

Our dedicated coaches provide top-tier guidance, making your time with us the best hour of your day. We challenge every client, regardless of their current skill level, to reach their fullest potential.

Hey everyone, I’m Nate Wagnon from N.A.T.E. Fitness LLC. I have been a fitness enthusiast since I was 12, so about 27ish years. I learned a lot from other’s instruction, some good, a lot bad… I started really studying exercise science and physiology about 15 years ago when I first took the ISSA PT course and have been studying it ever since. I got really serious about my health when I turned 31 and really started concentrating on the nutritional aspects of fitness. One of my favorite past times is listening to lectures on exercise science, kinesiology, nutrition, different forms of training, and other various aspects of the fitness industry. I like to take the information and implement it in my own personal fitness journey and also apply this vast knowledge to training my clients. Safety is and always will be my top priority, I personally know and have experienced injuries due to unsafe practices and really strive to prevent anyone else from having to go through the long process of healing from an injury that could have been prevented by utilizing safe practices. My close second priority is results! I’m not here to waste my time or anyone else’s! I want to see results and I know how to get them! Not only do I have a great passion and love for fitness, but the gym has literally saved my life from alcohol addiction! I owe much of my sobriety to fitness, the gym, and helping others work towards their goals! I love helping people and look forward to helping you reach your health and fitness goals no matter what they may be!
