We're excited to announce our expansion involves taking over the studio space next door. With this new space, we will be offering new classes like boxing and strength & conditioning, and we'll be offering some exciting new amenities (which will be announced at a later date).

SAUNA
Wind down after a hard session in our sauna. The heat helps relax tired muscles, ease soreness, and speed up recovery, so you walk out as refreshed as you are worked.

Bags - Boxing
BAGS is a high-energy circuit class built around boxing and kickboxing. Hit pads and bags while learning the real skills and tactics fighters use. You get all the intensity of the fight game, except you're the one doing the hitting, without ever getting hit back.
Bells - Stength
BELLS is a functional strength and conditioning class built around dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells. Train powerlifting and Olympic-lifting patterns alongside metabolic conditioning to build real strength and endurance that lasts.
Upgrading Your Membership:
We are excited to announce two of our new packages:
1. Expansion Founders Rate that includes 24/7 gym access + UNLIMITED group fitness classes.
2. 24/7 Gym + Sauna that includes 24/7 gym access + 8 Sauna Sessions per 4 weeks.
Existing members can request their membership be upgraded by filling out the form below. Both options will move your billing cycle to be per 4 weeks, not monthly.
