Hey, I’m Justin Carter, a seasoned personal trainer with over two decades of fitness expertise. My journey in the fitness industry has been shaped by passion, perseverance, and the desire to empower individuals of all ages.

I specialize in working with a diverse range of clients, spanning from energetic 14-year-olds to vibrant 84-year-olds. My mission is twofold: to help individuals achieve their weight loss or muscle gain goals and, equally important, instill lasting good habits for injury prevention within the gym.
Personal Triumph:
My own experience includes triumphing over adversity, having undergone three major back surgeries. I rehabilitated myself successfully and emerged stronger than ever. This personal journey fuels my commitment to teaching others resilience and the importance of good habits.

I began providing personal training and fitness coaching over 20 years ago when I became a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer. I went on to work with hundreds (thousands?) of clients and helped grow nearly a dozen
fitness centers in every role from trainer through ownership.
In my career, I am proud to have been a part of so many people’s fitness journeys. I take an incredible amount of pride in seeing people meet and exceed their goals. My clients have achieved such successes as completing first-time races (5k, triathlons, marathons, etc.), overcoming injury and mobility issues, and even losing over 100
pounds!
I offer custom-tailored fitness programs, one-on-one training, partner training, and sport-specific training. I specialize in weight loss, building muscle, functionality, and post-rehab. Simply put I love helping people live fuller, happier, and fitter lives.
My core philosophy is this: Keep Moving Forward! Working together you will make the most progress possible, as quickly as possible. Those small victories over time create monumental change. You can do this!
Will is currently a student at the University of Georgia and is studying Exercise and Sport Science. He will graduate in May and then enter into a Sports Nutrition Masters Program. During his time at UGA he has worked with middle schoolers, coaching both track and basketball.
He was also a UGA Cheerleader during the 2022-2023 school year cheering on the Dawgs to a national championship. During this time he fractured his back and so he is familiar with back pain and rehabbing injuries. He became a Certified Personal Trainer in May of 2022 and since then has worked with several friends and family to help solve issues they have had with exercise.
Will loves to lift weights and resistance training, but occasionally dabbles in athletic/olympic style training and runs. Whether you just want a tour of the gym, are working out for the first time, coming back after a long break, looking to try something new, or wanting to perfect what you’re already doing, Will would love to help you! Having fallen in love with fitness as an adult, I understand the challenges of balancing multiple priorities. Working in healthcare for over 25 years, I value time as a precious resource. I enjoy designing plans that are both effective and efficient.
Like many, I was initially confused by the myriad of messages from the fitness industry. Witnessing many men and women over 30 struggle with health concerns motivated me to enter the fitness arena.
